For this shop online, BRASASH holds the responsibility for all articles and designs within and the general set up of the shop.
Offers provided on the website represent non-binding invitations to order through BRASASH.
In submitting a completed online order form, the customer enters a binding agreement to a completed sales contract. In the case that this offer is taken, BRASASH will send the customer an order confirmation via email.

BRASASH holds the right to electronically save and process all customer information necessary regarding the business partnership with BRASASH necessary for fulfilling the business contract under observation of the law.

Delivery / Shipping
Shipments are made to many European and Non European countries as listed on www.brasash.com.
Shipments are sent from BRASASH through selected shipping providers. The customer is responsible for paying an estimated shipping cost. The charge may be based on the value of the shipment and the location of recipient. Current shipping prices can be seen at www.brasash.com.
Shipments should arrive at the latest within three weeks. As a rule, most goods are shipped in a much shorter time and arrive within five to seven days.
Customers do not have the right to demand damage compensation for delays in delivery.

Pricing
For customers within the EU states, the price given is the end price. These prices include necessary taxes. Tax rates are determined by the delivery address submitted.
For customers outside of the EU, the price given is the net price. This is determined by the delivery address submitted. If taxes must be paid in the country where the goods are received, this charge, in addition to the order value, must be paid by the customer. Some goods may be charged import duties; the customer in addition to the order value must also pay these charges.

Payment
Payment can only be made by credit card. The sale price is due immediately without discount.
BRASASH reserves the right to use a third party to handle the transfer of payments.

Guarantee and return policy
Details, drawings, pictures, technical data, weight, measurement and descriptions of merits which are included in pamphlets, catalogues, newsletters or price lists are simply for an informative purpose. BRASASH does not guarantee the correctness of these pieces of information.
Customers can withdraw from the contract concluded with BRASASH within 10 days without giving reason. Withdrawal must be in writing via e-mail at service@brasash.com, in order to be effective. All returned products must be sent to BRASASH within 10 days from the date of delivery. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Client unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of BRASASH.
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong shirt or the shirt has a defect), we will reimburse you also for all shipping costs, it means that the return cost cannot be more expensive than how much you paid for shipping in your original order. If you are returning a shirt because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different shirt, then you are responsible for the shipping costs.
With the effective exercise of withdrawal you are obliged to return the goods. The goods in question must be in a condition in accordance with what had been ordered. BRASASH will refund the customer only when goods are received by BRASASH. In case of a withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to pay compensation for deterioration of goods following intended use of the product. This does not apply if the deterioration of the product is due to a mere examination of the product in a manner similar to retail store conditions. The customer may avoid the obligation to pay compensation if he does not use the product for its perceived purpose as a rightful owner would have used it, and if he refrains from any use or activity that could affect its value.

Area of Jurisdiction
The area of jurisdiction for all contentions of this contract is Vicenza, Italy. BRASASH operates under Italian jurisdiction. The location of all order fulfillment is Zanè, Italy.

Partial Nullity
In the case that a single clause of the Terms and Conditions is nullified, the remaining clauses stay valid. Nullified clauses are replaced following legal provision.
